Late Arrivals, Appointment Changes & Cancellation Policy – Bobbie Charles

To ensure a seamless and elevated experience for all clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Changes within 24 hours or failure to attend will result in your deposit being forfeited.

Where a deposit has not been taken, the card on file will be charged. If unsuccessful, a digital invoice will be issued and must be settled before your next visit.

For appointments secured with a gift voucher, Bobbie Charles reserves the right to void the voucher as per the above.

If you arrive after your scheduled start time, your treatment will be adjusted to the remaining time. This allows us to honour all bookings and maintain our service standards.
