If you are entering from the undercover carpark of West Village, enter via the escalators, and when you find yourself facing Harris Farm Markets, turn left to head outside.

Turn right and head past Cheeky Poke and Beirut Bazaar, then head straight up the stairs and past the Sales Suite office to Upper Factory Lane (lift access near Metro Arts on ground level).⁠
