Sarah Ellen, affectionately known as “Cookie”, is our passionate Brand and Marketing Lead, responsible for developing the strategic marketing goals and branding. Sarah ensures everything stays on brand, whilst utilising marketing best practice to deliver a superior customer experience. She is also responsible for building relationships with our clients, ambassadors and business networks.
Sarah loves that she can connect with clients across various channels from social media to in-clinic, and you’ll most likely be talking to Sarah when you reach us over the phone or on socials. Being a huge skin nerd herself, you can also pick Cookie’s brain about our products and services (fun fact: she used to be a Beauty Blogger!).
With experience spanning over 12 years within the design and marketing industry, Sarah’s strengths lie in her creativity and attention to detail, whether it be crafting copy or creating eye-catching designs for the brand.
