Her passion is making Bobbie Charles the best environment for clients and staff, which she does by researching the latest industry developments, sharing her knowledge and empowering everyone that walks through the door. A combination of nurture and nerd, Nia’s passion lies in skin, and she loves to make her clients feel their most confident and empowered self through the power of her touch and expert knowledge.
Practically growing up in the industry, her first job in Year 10 was at a prestigious Brisbane salon, where she found her calling in beauty therapy and went on to study Dermal Science.

After spending 12 years in the body piercing industry, Kiki developed a keen interest in the science of skin and skincare – so whilst tending to your lash and brow treatments in clinic, she’s also studying to become a Dermal Therapist.
“I believe the impact and relationships we cultivate in our roles as therapists last a lifetime, and I’m excited to further my career in this industry.”
Kiki is somewhat an enigma, being born in Japan to an Australian mother and Japanese father, she’s also the only left-handed person in her extended family, including the BC team. Also, Kiki isn’t her real name! But she does share similarities with some of the team – as she grew up in Mackay (that’s three now!).
For many, being in the treatment room with Kiki is a chance to unwind and relax. Kiki is devoted to delivering the perfect experience, helping you feel amazing on the inside and outside.

Zoe is a passionate beauty therapist with a commitment to achieving remarkable results for clients. From a young age, she has been captivated by the world of beauty, which inspired her to pursue a Diploma in Beauty Therapy in New Zealand. She has a wealth of knowledge to share with each client she treats, and is always involved in ongoing education to upskill. Zoe’s dedication to her craft shines through her specialised focus on skin health and treating skin concerns. Being in this industry, Zoe loves the impact her work can have on people’s lives which is her drive to continue to do what she loves. Her fun and bubbly personality brings a vibrant energy to this creative industry, making every client interaction enjoyable and uplifting.
Top Tip: “Tiktok didn’t spend years studying dermal therapy nor able to perform a skin analysis on you. So why are we trusting them more than a skin therapist? Your skin is an organ we need to treat it like one.”
Passions Beyond BC: “I absolutely love travelling, experiencing new places and meeting new people this is what inspired my move from New Zealand solo in 2023. I love spending time at the beach, and pilates and will normally be up for any adventure. I’m a skin science nerd so always educate myself in any way I can with that.”

Christine Grace, affectionately known as “Nene”, is a qualified Lash & Brow Technician who has become the go-to for lashes and brows, excelling in lash lifts.
Passionate about instilling confidence and empowering clients through beauty, Christine Grace unexpectedly found her calling in the beauty industry after hearing about Danielle’s inspiring journey.
When she’s not greeting clients with a smile at front desk, you’ll find Christine enjoying adventures and quality time with loved ones.
Fun fact: her nickname “Nene,” came from her beanie-obsessed childhood, where her parents called her Nene Beanie.

Ever since she was young, Joan knew she wanted to pursue a career in beauty therapy. “I love anything related to beauty and how it can help you feel more confident and empowered.
