Bobbie Charles take home two wins from the 2022 Australian Beauty Industry Awards

We are still pinching ourselves after what has been a whirlwind weekend! We’re elated to be bringing home two awards after being named national winners at the illustrious Australian Beauty Industry Awards (ABIA’s) – ABIA Dermal Therapist of the Year 2022 and ABIA Best Customer Care 2022.

For the first time since 2019, over 500 beauty specialists, business representatives and make-up artists were thrilled to finally cheer one another on at the gala evening at Sydney’s The Star on Sunday 21st August 2022.

The Australian Beauty Industry Awards (ABIA’s) is the most trusted national award platform for the beauty and aesthetic industry. Providing a benchmark of excellence across a wide range of categories within the industry, the ABIA’s recognise the best salons, spas and clinics across the country.

Being nominated across six competitive categories with a range of incredible salons and industry professionals from across the country, we were elated to take home the win for Best Customer Care in Australia after being finalists for three consecutive years. We pride ourselves on continuously setting a high standard in client care, so the Bobbie Charles team are so grateful to be recognised both nationally and globally as innovators in service.

The awards offer a wide variety of categories which highlight the leaders and experts in their field and encompass the full breadth of the beauty industry’s diversity. As part of the awards’ constant evolution to reflect the latest global trends and developments, 2022 saw the addition of a new category, Dermal Therapist of the Year, in which Danielle was awarded in her first year nominated. Such an achievement and testament to her expertise!

Taking home these two prestigious awards after what has been the most challenging few years is truly amazing for Danielle and the team.

They provided an evening to remember led by long-time MC Will Fennel and a jaw-dropping opening show which featured incredible acrobatic performers including Cirque Du Soleil talent.

We’d also like to congratulate our incredible industry peers that were announced as winners on the night, as well as those who were nominated finalists in each respective category. We can’t wait to be back in that room amongst such a strong and supportive community.
