Last month was a whirlwind of celebration, strategic planning, and milestone moments that truly captured the spirit of our incredible team. We kicked off the year with our annual visionary day, bringing together our entire BC family to align our goals, dreams, and passion for exceptional beauty and skincare.

The day began with a transformative sound healing session led by Olga from Light Castle Sound Healing – a practitioner we cannot recommend highly enough. Her expertise in using crystal bowls and vibrational energy set a peaceful, centred atmosphere that perfectly primed our team for strategic planning.

During the day and following succession planning, we mapped out how each team member will continue to elevate our clinic’s standards and deliver unparalleled care to our valued clients. From team-building moments to strategic planning, we’re more excited than ever about the incredible journey ahead.

A special highlight was celebrating Zoe’s birthday and her incredible first anniversary with Bobbie Charles! Her dedication and growth over the past year have been nothing short of inspiring.

As part of our ongoing professional development, Dani and Lana underwent comprehensive skin needling training using the cutting-edge SkinPen. This advanced microneedling device showcased remarkable results on their distinctly different skin types, demonstrating its versatility and effectiveness. The SkinPen’s ability to create thousands of micro-channels stimulates the skin’s natural healing process, promoting collagen production and overall skin rejuvenation.
