Shyka at Bobbie Charles Lutwyche was my therapist and she was fantastic! Had the Medik8 facial with the added LED treatment. It was so worth the money and my skin felt amazing for atleast the next couple weeks. I even bought my friend the treatment for her birthday because I liked it so much!

This was my first visit to Bobbi Charles and my first eyebrow dye and sculpt. I wasn’t too sure what to expect, as I only wanted a subtle change. However, Sarah gently talked me through the process and I was delighted with the result. Shows that I am not to old (at 73) to try something new when there are experts on the job!!

Came here several times - Renee always did my brows/lashes exactly as I wanted with the hands of an angel. Since moving interstate I've been to a few places where I leave with my eyes/brows stinging, and miss being able to fall asleep during my appointments and leave refreshed! Definitely will try and squeeze appointments in here when I'm next in Bris.

Such a beautiful salon. Had a lovely brow sculpt appointment with Renee. She drew the outline of my brows first to show what she planned on cleaning up, I’ve never had that done before and it was really reassuring. I’m not from Brisbane but will definitely be coming back whenever I’m in town.

Everyone I spoke to in the salon was so lovely and professional. Sarah did my lashes and I could not have asked for a better experience. I’ve had bad experiences at other salons before, and Sarah was so kind in explaining the whole process to me and ensuring this experience would be outstanding (which it was!). I cannot recommend the wonderful ladies at WinkLash / Bobbie Charles enough. Danielle and her team really take the time and care to ensure you leave the studio feeling incredible. I had my eyebrows sculpted, then finished off with a light henna by the lovely Danielle and my face was completely transformed. Its clear Danielle is incredibly passionate and i must say i have never had a beautician take such care and pride in their work the way Danielle does :). Having worked in the beauty industry it’s very hard to find people that share the same work ethic and attention to detail. Danielle has all of that and more. Such a lovely warm nature. I have been going to Wink Lash Studio for about 2 years now and during this time I have experienced an exceptional standard of care. Whether it is lashes, brows, cosmetic tatooing or skin care, I know that I am receiving the highest level of experience and professionalism and am always thrilled by the results. To top it off the salon is such a calming environment and the girls are just wonderful and so invested in achieving the perfect results for each client. Can not recommend them highly enough!!

Amazing group of professional and knowledgeable people. Definitely have found it hard in the past (as a male) to find the right place that gives you the highest standards of care and expertise. I would (and actually have) recommended Bobbie Charles to a lot of my friends who also don't like having mono-brows. 😅

I had my first set of lashes at Wink over a year ago and have been back every few weeks ever since! The girls are all so professional and I never feel rushed or leave unhappy and always feel like the girls nail the brief. My natural lashes have always stayed really healthy and full too with no damage from a year with no break from extensions.
I've also had my brows and a number of facials at WLS and would recommend all of the services. All of the technicians are equally talented and the love they have for each other and their clients radiates in how they talk to each other!
They are not the cheapest in Brisbane but the saying you get what you pay for is absolutely true here and I would recommend to anyone.
